For decades Kenneth Briscoe has dedicated his service to our nation. Kenneth has a distinguished career marked by valor, leadership, and unwavering commitment. With a foundation rooted in the US military, he has left an indelible mark on the landscape of defense and security. Kenneth has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Management and Master of Arts Degree in Security Management. Having served for over 20 years in the US military, Kenneth exemplified the highest standards of excellence. As a seasoned continuity/emergency management Branch Chief for the Department of Homeland Security, he planned, developed and executed numerous national level exercises. As the Logistic Director for Honeywell International, he managed all aspects of security for the company. His experience expands over 40 years, developing and managing operational programs across the military, Federal Government and the private sector. Furthermore, during his career, he planned and developed numerous emergency preparedness and security plans for schools and churches. His background in special operations and as a combat veteran brought unparalleled expertise to the forefront with a storied career. Appointed as the Senior Logistics & Special Operations Officer for the U.S. Army, he also participated in numerous campaigns such as Desert Shield/Desert Storm, Uphold Democracy Haiti, Restore Hope Somalia. He also led disaster management functions for copious natural disasters like Hurricane Sandy, Katrina, Rita and Andrew to name a few. Transitioning to civilian service, Kenneth continued his dedication to safeguarding the nation's interests, taking on a pivotal role at the Department of Homeland Security. As a leader within the department, Kenneth demonstrated exceptional acumen, overseeing the recruitment and development of over 30 personnel. His visionary leadership laid the groundwork for a new generation of leaders, with 50% of those he mentored now serving as senior figures within the federal government. Throughout his career, Kenneth embodied the values of integrity, honor, and selfless service. His contributions have not only shaped the course of national security, but have also inspired those around him to strive for excellence.
